I’m Marie Lewis, a Realtor serving the Triangle and surrounding communities of North Carolina. My approach to real estate is pretty simple: listen first, be honest, do the homework, and treat every client the way I’d want someone to treat my own family.

I’ve loved homes for as long as I can remember. As a child, I tagged along with my mom touring houses, always curious about what was behind the next front door. Later, I was closely involved as my parents built three custom homes, which gave me an appreciation for the details that make a house work—not just how pretty it looks in the listing photos. To this day, I’m the person who notices the unusual floor plan, the hidden potential, the great piece of land, or that one feature everyone else walked right past.

That curiosity is a big part of how I work for my clients today.

Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for new construction, moving to the area, searching for something with a little more land, or preparing to sell a home filled with years of memories, my goal is to make sure you understand the process, have the information you need, and feel confident making the decisions that are right for you.

I’ll research the numbers, help you understand your options, ask questions, communicate with you throughout the process, and work hard to keep things moving from our first conversation all the way to the closing table.

And you won’t get a high-pressure salesperson. That’s simply not me.

I’m a wife, mom of three and grandma, and when I’m not working you’re likely to find me gardening, taking pictures, loving on my animals, exploring a small town or backroad, or sitting around a bonfire with my family. I understand that a home is much more than square footage and a sales price. It’s where everyday life happens.

I believe every home has a story—and somewhere out there is the right person for the next chapter.
